A Color Blind Chart is used to determine whether or not an individual has some form of color blindness, or a lack of ability to discern between various colors. Although there are several Color Blind Charts out there, they all have the same purpose and test the exact same parameters.

In some professions, it may be important for the employer to understand whether or not a prospective employee has color blindness as this can be critical in some industries.
