parking   a reas,   y ards,   c ommon   a reas,   a nd   e xterior   o f   t he   b uilding   a nd  
remove   a ll   l itter   s o   t hat   t he   p remises   w ill   b e   k ept   i n   a n   a ttractive   c ondition.
