• Text — This tool enables users to insert and edit text within a document. Left-click to place the cursor and begin typing, with the option to press “Enter” for new lines. Manipulate the text box using the provided buttons for resizing, moving, or deleting.
• Sign — This tool allows users to upload their handwritten signature onto a document. Input your signature using your mouse or touchpad, then adjust its placement by selecting it with the Cursor tool and clicking on the anchor above the box to correct its location.
• Check — This option is used to add check marks to documents, and is particularly useful for completing multiple-choice or yes-no questions in forms. Utilize the Cursor tool to select and manipulate the check mark, adjusting its size or position as needed within the document.
• Erase — The Erase tool is employed to white out specific areas on a form within a document. After selecting this tool, left-click and drag the white rectangle over the desired portion you would to be erased. Then, utilize the Cursor tool to manipulate the white area, such as resizing, moving, or deleting it as needed.
• Blackout — The Blackout tool is designed to conceal sensitive or private information within a document. Begin by selecting the Blackout tool, then left-click and drag a black rectangle over the desired area to be hidden. Afterward, utilize the Cursor tool to manipulate the blacked-out area, allowing for resizing, movement, or deletion as necessary.
• Highlight — This tool allows users to emphasize important information within a document. Simply select the Highlight tool, left-click on the desired section to highlight, and move the cursor to cover the area. Yes, when you find your needed document, click “Fill PDF Online”, and select the mobile version icon in the top right corner of the screen. To switch back to the desktop version, click the icon in the top left corner of the screen.
