Sale or Transfer of Surplus Upland Game Birds By Licensed Shooting Preserves
(NOTE: Sales or transfers may only occur between April 1 and June 30 of each year)
Surplus upland game birds may only be sold or transferred to:
1. A licensed shooting preserve authorized to possess said species; or
2. A person who holds a dog or falcon training permit which authorizes such species.
Sales or transfers must be recorded immediately. This record must be kept for 2 years after the date of sale or
transfer. (NAC 504.760)
