SECTION 2 - SITE DESCRIPTION

SURROUNDING AREA:
Attach an 8.5" x 11" map ( label Section 2A -"Surrounding Area" ) of the area within 500 m of the land on which the
asphalt plant is located or is proposed to be located, showing:
(a) the topography of the area, including land contours;
(b) the location and description of existing buildings in the area;
(c) the property boundaries of the plant site;
(d) land use of the area; and
(e) the scale of map and direction of north.
(Orthographic photographs are available from the Land Registry, Jones Bldg. 1st floor.)

PLANT LAYOUT:
Attach an 8.5" x 11" site plan ( label Section 2B -"Plant Layout" ) of the site on which the asphalt plant is located or is
proposed to be located, showing:
(a) the location of the asphalt plant and all material storage;
(b) the points or areas of emissions of all contaminants and their elevation;
(c) the location and description of all buildings on the site;
(d) the location of all air contaminants control equipment; and
(e) the approximate scale of the drawing and the direction of north.
