What Is Form F10?
Form F10, Notification of Construction Project , is an official document prepared by commercial clients who plan to arrange construction work. If the upcoming project will last longer than one month, you will employ more than twenty workers who will be present on the construction site simultaneously, or the construction will last more than five hundred person-days, it is your duty to inform the authorities about the construction project and outline its main details. Alternatively, this notification can be filled out and submitted by a contractor or principal designer if they have an agreement with the domestic client to do so.

Form F10 Instructions
Consider preparing Form F10 as soon as you know the name of the principal designer: do not postpone the submission until the first day of construction. It is recommended to file this form and then to finish working on the design, choose employees who will carry out on-site tasks, and allocate additional funds if necessary. To complete the notification, you will have to provide the following details:
- Location of the construction project. Short description of the upcoming project.
- Identification of the local authority responsible for new construction sites.
- The contact information of all people involved in the construction (i.e., the client, principal contractor, and principal designer).
- The date the construction is going to begin. The timeframe for the planning and managing of the project and duration of the works.
- The estimated number of people who will work on the site. The number of contractors responsible for the project.
- The contact information of all designers and contractors already designated.
- Signatures of the client or their representative and the actual date of signing.
Once you complete the form, you will obtain a serial number you can use later to modify the notification or withdraw it for any reason.
