DD Form 2293, Application for Former Spouse Payments From Retired Pay, is a form that ex-spouses of service members need to complete in order to apply for and request child support payments, alimony, or a division of property from military retired pay.
The latest edition of the DD 2293 was issued by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) on April 1, 2018, and provides the option of using electronic signatures. All the previous editions of the form are obsolete.
