The undersigned respectfully requests that the above-named child be placed immediately in Juvenile Detention because
there is probable cause to believe that the child has committed the act or acts alleged in the petition of delinquency dated
above, a verified copy of which is attached hereto, and there is no appropriate less restrictive alternative available. Further,
the circumstance(s) indicated below are applicable (At least one box must be checked):
A. There is probable cause to believe that the level of risk the child poses to public safety if released to the community
prior to the court hearing or disposition cannot be managed in a less restrictive setting.
B. There is a need to hold the child to ensure the child's appearance before the court or compliance with court process,
as demonstrated by the child's previous failure to respond to the court process.
C. There is a need to hold the child for another jurisdiction.
Therefore, in accordance with the statutes in such cases made and provided, the applicant requests that said child
be remanded immediately to the care and custody of the Juvenile Detention Superintendent or designee.
