F. Testing, field and safety equipment as per Contract.
III. ADMINISTRATION
A. Maintain reports, correspondence, claims, and all related
Items in appropriate filing system.
B. Identify and recommend corrections for any omissions,
substitutions, defects, or deficiencies in the work
of the contractor.
C. Keep detailed accurate records of the contractor's onsite
operations, inspect all materials incorporated into the
project, and maintain Log Books (Pile, Density, etc.).
D. Maintain up to date final estimate and all
supporting documents.
E. Documents, publications, guides, manuals,
procedures, directives, and D.O.T. furnished
items available to all office and inspection staff.
F. Office is detailed in Contract’s scope and properly
maintained.
G. Submit correct invoice packages on time.
H. Perform and submit Consultant Quality Control Reviews
as per Contract.
