1) The partnering facilitator appeared neutral to all
parties.
2) The partnering facilitator was effective in helping us
build our team.
3) The partnering facilitator was knowledgeable about
partnering on Caltrans projects.

the construction process.
5) The partnering facilitator encouraged participation of
key stakeholders, such as subcontractors, other
Caltrans project delivery staff, and local agencies, in

Instructions:
At the end of the kickoff partnering workshop:
The resident engineer will pass out copies of the Partnering Facilitator Evaluation - Kickoff form and collect team member
responses.
The resident engineer will email the completed Kickoff Facilitator Evaluation forms to the Caltrans Partnering Program at:
partnering_program@dot.ca.gov
Include the district and expenditure authorization (EA) numbers of the associated project in the email subject line.
