I ________________________________________________ have been instructed that
I must:
• Weigh at least 2.25% of the boxes run daily or as instructed by the State
Inspector.
• Place a check mark in a box on the weight sheet if the weight is between 25 and
27 Lbs.
• Record the actual weight if under 25 Lbs. or over 27 Lbs. and notify the State
Inspector.
• I will remain at my station, at all times, while the packing of tomatoes is in
progress.
This record certifies that the trainee identified above has successfully completed all
necessary training by a District Supervisor or authorized designee: and that it is his/her
responsibility to carry out this job to the specifications set forth by the Florida
Department of Agriculture and Marketing Order 966 directives regarding Standard
Weight.
