audited under a voluntary USDA audit program. I understand the Florida Department of Agriculture
and Consumer Services (FDACS) will provide funding for successful GAP/GHP audit(s), up to
$1,000.00 of the cost of the audit(s) on a first-come, first-served basis, until the funds are depleted,
and I will be responsible for any balance due above $1,000.00. Should the successful GAP/GHP
audit(s) not be attained, I will be responsible for the full balance due, and FDACS will not provide
funding.
Once the application and letter(s) of support have been received, an FDACS representative will make
contact to schedule the GAP/GHP audit. GAP/GHP audits will be performed by the Division of Fruit and
Vegetables.
