THREE DAY NOTICE FOR REPAIRS

Install working smoke detector
Other condition(s) hazardous to or materially affecting tenant health or safety
You must make the repairs within three days of receiving this notice and Idaho law says you
cannot evict me because of this demand. If you do not make the repairs within three days of
receiving this notice, I/we may sue you for specific performance and damages. If I must sue you,
the judge may award me three times the amount of my damages and require you to pay my court
costs and attorney’s fees under Idaho Code § 6-317.
