LIQUID WASTE AFFIDAVIT
The intent of this affidavit is to keep the lots/parcels listed below adjoined for the
purpose of the on-site liquid waste system. This affidavit is to be in force from the date
given in perpetuity.
Specifically

the lots/parcels to be joined are: (Insert legal description below)
This affidavit will be in effect for any and all future transfers of the lots listed above, until
such time as the State of New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) approves the
property split or renders this affidavit obsolete and/or no longer necessary.
