any state or federal executive or administrative orders, notices, or letters imposing a foreclosure moratorium, including
any lawful extensions thereof.
2. The property at issue is:

 Not a residential property within the meaning of Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2020, and section 35B of said chapter 244
 Vacant or abandoned within the meaning of Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2020, and section 4022 of the federal CARES
Act

 This property is not encumbered by a “Federally Backed Mortgage Loan,” as that term is defined in section 4022 of the
federal CARES Act, nor subject to any other state or federal executive or administrative orders, notices, or letters
