Change to Processor Endorsements
The addition of an endorsement requires approval from the OLCC. If you are surrendering an endorsement,
you must notify the OLCC in writing.
What is this form?
A Processor licensee may only process and transfer cannabinoid products, concentrates or extracts if they have received
an endorsement from OLCC for that type of processing activity;

request and be approved for an endorsement prior to using the endorsement.
You are responsible for knowing and
understanding what types of products you may process with your endorsements. Processing products that you do not have the
privilege to process can be a serious violation.
If you are adding a concentrate, extract, topical, or edible endorsement, you must have a Land Use Compatibility
Statement (LUCS) signed by your local governing body that lists the endorsement(s) that you are seeking listed in the
“Details of Proposed Use” field. If you are only adding an industrial hemp endorsement, a new LUCS is not required.
Note that making material or substantial alterations the licensed premises or to the usage of the licensed premises
requires OLCC approval. If you intend to make a material or substantial alteration the licensed premises or to the usage of
the licensed premises in order to exercise the privileges of the new endorsement, you will need to submit an

request and receive approval prior to altering the premises or altering the usage of the premises.
