DBE and Non-DBE Firms Providing a Bid or Quote for the Contract
On a yearly basis, all Bidders/Prime Contractors on all NJDOT projects are required to submit to NJDOT a list of each DBE and non-DBE firm who provided a bid or quote for any work on projects. Quotes provided by the
same potential firm for different types of work should appear on different rows.
*DBE-Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise; ESBE-Certified Emerging Small Business Enterprise; N/A-Non-DBE/ESBE/SBE Firm.
**Each firm below must be certified in a NAICS code applicable to the kind of work the firm would perform on the contract.
