The Court has evaluated each of the factors enumerated in Section 61.13001(7), Florida Statutes,
and on the evidence presented, it is adjudged:
SECTION II.
DENIAL OF REQUEST TO RELOCATE
The request to relocate is DENIED because:

schedule for access and time-sharing that includes the necessary arrangements to effectuate time-
sharing with the child(ren).
