In Georgia, a Georgia Medical Power of Attorney Form provides an agent with the necessary rights and powers to make medical choices on behalf of the principal. The principal must create and sign this document when they are in a clear state of mind and are doing so willingly. Such decisions can be made if the principal can no longer talk to healthcare professionals and make unclouded decisions.
