listed below be rescinded as there are not any reasonable grounds for me to fear future contact with the defendant. I request that
the Court set a hearing date to determine whether the order will be rescinded.

2. I move that the Permanent Civil No-Contact Order Against Sex Offender previously entered on the date listed below be set aside
