If the property does not have a title, Wisconsin Manufactured Home Regulations require you to submit this bill of sale along with the Certificate of Title Application (Form SBD-10687) and Indemnity Statement (Form SBD-10688) to the DSPS. If the property has a title, fill out the bill of sale and certificate of title application, signed by both parties. You need to mail the documentation to the Manufactured Home Unit, P.O. Box 8935, Madison, WI 53708-8935 to inform the DSPS of the sale and register the property under the name of the new owner.
