Grant Deed Form - Kentucky

A Kentucky Grant Deed is used to convey real property between individuals or entities in the state. In Kentucky, grand deeds must specifically state the origins from which the grantor has obtained the title to the property that is the subject of the deed (382.110(2)). The Kentucky Revised Statutes require all grant deeds to be recorded in the county where the property is located or conveyed (382.110(1)). Section 335 of Chapter 382 contains information that a grant deed must contain, including the name and the address of the individual who prepared the deed, their signature, the mailing address of the grantee (or assignee), and other details.
