Quitclaim Deed Form - Kentucky

Individuals and entities can use a Kentucky Quitclaim Deed when they would like to transfer real estate without implying a warranty of title. To be legitimate in this state, a deed shall be duly acknowledged and recorded in the county clerk's office of the county in which the property is located (382.110(1); 382-130). According to the Kentucky Revised Statutes, to be recorded a quitclaim deed shall designate the source from which the grantor has received the property (382.110(2)), and the mailing address of the grantee (382.335(2)). After the recordation, the deed shall be delivered to the grantee (382.240).
