Quitclaim Deed Form - Idaho

If you wish to transfer your real property to another individual or an entity, you can use an Idaho Quitclaim Deed . This type of deed does not contain a guarantee of clear title, therefore, it does not provide the party which receives real property (known as the grantee) with much protection. In Idaho, a quitclaim deed must be prepared in writing and signed by the grantor as required by the Idaho Statutes. Additionally, it shall include the name and the address of the grantee (55-601). Any deed in this state must be duly acknowledged (55-805) and recorded in a county where the real property is located (55-801; 55-808).
