Even though the Louisiana Civil Code does not include a statutory form for such kinds of deeds, in article 3352 you can find which kind of information shall be included in it. Therefore, a quitclaim deed must contain the full name of both the grantor and the grantee, their domicile, permanent mailing addresses, and other details. For the deed to be empowered by law it should be registered following the stipulations of articles 3338 and 3344.
