Quitclaim Deed Form - Montana

This kind of document offers no warranty of title, therefore, should be used in situations when such warranty is not necessary. A quitclaim deed shall be prepared in writing and signed by the person who is transferring their property - a grantor or their authorized agent (70-20-101). In addition to this, any deed in this state must include the names of the involved parties, a description of the real property in question, and meet all of the appropriate requirements listed in Section 7-4-2636 of the Montana Code.
