Quitclaim Deed Form - Oregon

If you would like to sell your real property you should look into using an Oregon Quitclaim Deed for this purpose. This type of deed does not contain a warranty of title, but sufficient to pass all the estate which the grantor could lawfully convey by a deed of bargain and sale (93.110). The Oregon Revised Statutes include a statutory form for a quitclaim deed, which you can find in Section 93.865, and use to transfer your real property.
