Quitclaim Deed Form - Washington

A Washington Quitclaim Deed is a document that is supposed to be used by a grantor when they would like to sell their property without providing the grantee with any guarantees about the title. Your quitclaim deed shall comply with a statutory form that can be found in Section 64.04.050 of the Revised Code of Washington. Following this section, this type of deed must contain the identifying information about the grantor, the identifying information about the grantee, the address of the real estate that is being transferred, and other details. There are other requirements that your quitclaim deed must meet, which can be found in sections 64.04.020 (execution), 64.08.010 (acknowledgment), and 65.08.070 (recordation).
