Special Warranty Deed Form - Washington

If you decided to sell your property you should consider doing that with a Washington Special Warranty Deed. Such a deed does not imply a clear title beyond your period of ownership of the real property you transfer. In compliance with the Revised Code of Washington, your special warranty deed must be prepared in writing, signed by the grantor, and acknowledged before a person who is authorized to take acknowledgments (64.04.020), and presented for recordation in the office of the recording officer of the county where the transferred real property is located (65.08.070).
