How to Complete an Army Vehicle Inspection Form?

Here is how the inspector must complete USAREC Form 385-10.2:

1. Write down the name of the vehicle owner or operator, indicate their unit, and phone. Enter the vehicle's year, type, and mileage.
2. Examine the vehicle using the list of items - lights, brakes, tires, glass, etc. Certify whether these items are in a satisfactory or unsatisfactory condition and add remarks if necessary. Record the overall rating of the vehicle.
3. Check the appropriate boxes for a vehicle or motorcycle to confirm you have examined the related documentation. Answer "yes" if this is the only vehicle the owner has and they plan to drive it during the holidays.
4. Sign and date the document.
