Grant Deed Form - Minnesota

A Minnesota Grant Deed is not described in the Minnesota Statutes as one of the approved forms to use in the state for the conveyance of property. Therefore, individuals can use deed forms presented in section 507.07 for this purpose. The deeds must include the names of the grantor and the grantee, the exact location of the real property that is being transferred, signature, and other details (507.07). If there are any liens or encumbrances associated with the property that is being shifted, the grantor must inform the guarantee about their existence and their nature (507.20).
