Quitclaim Deed Form - Minnesota

Individuals can fill in a Minnesota Quitclaim Deed if they would like to sell or purchase real property without including any warranty of title in the deed. As stated by the Minnesota Statutes, such kinds of deeds shall be sufficient to pass all the estate which the grantor could convey by a deed of bargain and sale (507.06). You can use the statutory form of a quitclaim deed, which is supposed to contain the name and the residential address of the grantor, the name and the residential address of the grantee, the amount of the consideration paid, the description of the real property that is being transferred, and other details which can be found in section 507.07.
