Deed of Trust Form - Alaska

Complete an Alaska Deed of Trust if you want to use this legal document in your real property transaction. This type of deed states that a trustor will repay the loan to the beneficiary and that the trustee will hold the legal title to the property until the loan is fully paid. A trust deed is common in Alaska and it is regulated by the Alaska Statutes, Title 34, Chapter 20 - Mortgages and Trust Deeds. As for the recording of such types of deeds, they shall be treated as mortgages of real estate and recorded in the book provided for mortgages (34.20.110).
