"Bargain and Sale Deed Form" - Alaska

To make sure your Alaska Bargain and Sale Deed is enforceable, this document must be completed by the adult owner, their legal representative, or both spouses if the property in question is a family home. In accordance with the Title 34 of Alaska Statutes, your agreement must state the names of parties, the address of the grantor, the marital status of the grantee, the price of the real estate and its proper description, and the actual date of signing. The Title 40 of the Alaska Statutes obliges the parties to indicate the purpose of the deed in its title and name the recording district that will process the document.
