1. Title at the top of the page to show that this is a Bicycle Bill of Sale.

2. An introductory statement that states an agreement has been made on [today's date] between [Seller's Name] and [Buyer's Name] for the sale of a bicycle (that is then described below).

3. Following this statement include all pertinent information about the bicycle, including the make, model, year, color, and serial number.

4. The listed price of the bicycle the seller has agreed to pay the buyer for the bicycle.

   • You can also include language that the seller has agreed to purchase the bicycle "as is" and agrees that they waive the right to seek a refund for the bicycle if the seller finds repairs are necessary.

5. Include a name, date, and signature section for the seller and buyer to complete once the purchase is finalized.

   • If necessary, you can add an additional line for a witness to sign.

Provide a copy of this document for both the seller and buyer to keep for their personal records.
