Quitclaim Deed Form - South Dakota

Complete a South Dakota Quitclaim Deed if you wish to convey real property to an individual or an entity. Before completing your deed you should check out the statutory form for such kind of deed that can be found in Section 43-25-7 of the South Dakota Codified Laws. Following it, your quitclaim deed shall include the name of the grantor, the name of the grantee, the amount of consideration paid in dollars, the address and the description of the real estate that is transferred, and other details. Additionally, the deed shall be duly acknowledged (43-28-8) and recorded (43-28-1).
