Quitclaim Deed Form - Texas

A Texas Quitclaim Deed is a document according to which a grantor conveys their real estate to a grantee. Such kind of deed does not imply any warranty of title, therefore, does not offer the grantee much protection. A quitclaim deed in Texas must be executed in writing, signed by the grantor, and delivered to the grantee. The Texas Statutes also require individuals to duly acknowledge (or prove) their deeds (12.001) and present them for recording (11.001).
