Quitclaim Deed Form - Wyoming

A Wyoming Quitclaim Deed is a type of deed that can be used to transfer property from a grantor to a grantee without providing the grantee with any covenants of title. The Wyoming Statutes contain a statutory form for such kind of deed which can be found in Section 34-2-104. When filling out the deed, you shall designate the name of the grantor, the name of the grantee, the description of the property that is being transferred, as well as other details stated in Section 34-2-104.
