Transfer on Death Deed Form - Nevada

If you want to choose a beneficiary who is going to own your property after you die, consider completing a Nevada Transfer on Death Deed. Also titled a "Beneficiary Deed", this document will let you keep your possessions during your lifetime and automatically convey a title of the property to the individual or individuals indicated in the deed upon your passing. It is important to comply with Chapter 111 of the Nevada Revised Statutes: a deed can be formalized and revoked at any time, the text of the document must describe the property in question, the owner signs the papers before a notary public and submits a copy of the deed to the recorder of the local county.
