TENANCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM
All general maintenance must be reported to our office in writing. In order for a repair to be attended to, please
complete this form and fax, post, email or deliver to our office.
In the event of an emergency repair contact our office immediately!
Once we have received your maintenance form a letter requesting the Lessor’s permission is sent
and seven (7) days grace is given plus two (2) days postage. However, if the repair is urgent,
immediate action will be effective. A tradesperson or our office will then contact you to make
arrangements to repair the problem.
