- Name the parties - the owner of confidential information and its recipient.
- Explain what details are considered "confidential" under the terms and conditions of the contract. - State the remedies available to the non-breaching party if they have learned about the contract violation. You are entitled to deal with this issue in court or demand compensation from the breaching party using a formal notice.
- Sign and date the papers. If you cannot be present at the signing or prefer to trust an attorney to handle these matters for you, you can issue an authorization for a legal representative who will act on your behalf. Notarize the document to make sure the identities of the counterparts are confirmed for extra protection.
