Notary Acknowledgment Form - Arizona

An Arizona Notary Acknowledgment Form is signed by a notary public to confirm the authenticity of signatures contained within an important legal document. Such confirmation will be required to confirm a majority of important legal documents - especially those concerning real estate.

All parties involved in signing such documents need to confirm that they are doing so freely and if the notary public is happy with the statements made, they will confirm the identity of each party. After this, the individuals must sign the document in question but this does not necessarily need to be done for the notary public to witness - however, this could still be a wise idea to avoid any future misunderstandings. Once this is done, the notary public will sign the Arizona Notary Acknowledgment, date it and then attach their official seal to it. This acknowledgment form will then be added as an attachment to the main document and only after this is the document considered to be legally binding.
