Notary Acknowledgment Form - Massachusetts

A Massachusetts Notary Acknowledgment Form is a legal confirmation that is made and signed by a notary public aimed at authenticating signatures included on a document. This form will be latched on to the document in question once filled in by the notary.

Prior to completing the form, the notary needs to take into account two important criteria's. The first concerns the identity confirmation of individuals signing the document. The ID should correspond with the names and signatures of the people in the document. The second criterion is for the notary to be certain that all individuals signing the document are doing so by their own will. If these conditions are met, the notary public can go ahead and fill in the Massachusetts Notary Acknowledgment. The individuals are not obliged to sign anything during the meeting; they can do this prior to meeting. Once the notary signs, it will come into force on a legal basis.
