Notary Acknowledgment Form - Minnesota

A Minnesota Notary Acknowledgment Form is a legal confirmation that all signatures found in a document are genuine and were obtained lawfully. It is not necessary to do this for all documents, but some important documents will have such strict signing rules and these may vary between states. The Minnesota Notary Acknowledgment is usually created and signed by a notary public and the people signing the original do not need to do so before the notary.

The notary on the contrary is obliged to check the legitimacy of the signatures by ensuring the relevant people sign.
