Commercial Building Permits vary depending on the purpose of the construction: for example, installation of a new roof, interior remodel, change of use, and new construction on a commercial site. Depending on the state, it is possible to apply for a combination permit that allows to install, construct, or modify all systems in the building.

- The estimated cost and fees,
- The dimensions of existing structures and the new construction.
Along with the application, you need to provide plans showing proposed construction and sets of specifications describing the nature of the work, the materials and the equipment to be used, and the details of all mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical installations.
