Form 678, Watercraft Bill of Sale is a state-specific form used to document the transfer of watercraft from a seller to a buyer. The form was issued by the Arizona Game and Fish Department and last revised on October 1, 2007. Download an official Form 678 through the link below.
The Arizona Watercraft Bill of Sale is a legal proof that the boat was sold and purchased. It may serve as a receipt for the payment made by the buyer and is a legally binding agreement that protects both the seller and the buyer from potentially fraudulent claims. The buyer must submit the completed and signed document to the nearest office of the Arizona Game and Fish Department along with the completed registration application, payment of the registration fee, and either the manufacturer's statement of origin (if the buyer registers a new boat) or the current registration containing the signature of the previous owner.
