Complete a Kansas Quitclaim Deed if you want to shift your real property to another individual without offering any title covenants. Make sure your deed is signed by a person who is passing the property, duly acknowledged, and recorded in the way the Kansas Statutes require it to be done (58-2205; 58-2209). Your quitclaim deed shall be prepared in accordance with the statutory form (58-2204), therefore, it shall include information about the grantor, information about the grantee, the description of the real property that is being conveyed, the amount of the considerations paid, and other details.
