Transfer on Death Deed Form - Kansas

Fill out a Kansas Transfer on Death Deed if you are prepared to choose your heir who will inherit your property yet want to remain the owner of your possessions until your passing. Chapter 59 of the Kansas Revised Statutes lets any individual name a beneficiary who will have the property at their discretion once the original owner dies without having to deal with the probate process - the same rules apply to real property and other expensive items. Note that to make sure the Beneficiary Deed remains valid you need to convey the title in the presence of a notary public and file the document to the register of deeds in the local county.
