"Transfer on Death Deed Form" - New Hampshire

A New Hampshire Transfer on Death Deed is a handwritten or typed document that lists the conditions of the property title conveyance that takes place when the original owner dies. If you know the name of the person who should inherit your possessions and you want them to avoid time-consuming probate which is especially important when you transfer real estate, this Beneficiary Deed is for you. Chapter 563-C of the New Hampshire Revised Statutes lists requirements for all deeds: your document has to contain the identification of the grantor and the grantee and bear a signature of the owner after which the grantor submits the deed to the recording office of the appropriate county.
