Transfer on Death Deed Form - Oklahoma

Prepare an Oklahoma Transfer on Death Deed if you intend to use your real or personal property until you die and want your heir to be able to become the owner automatically upon your passing. Sometimes called "Beneficiary Deed", this legally binding document will protect the rights of the grantor and the grantee and confirm the property is transferred with all liens and obligations. Title 58 of the Oklahoma Statutes obliges the grantor to formalize the deed properly: sign the document before two witnesses or a notary public and present a copy of the deed to a local county clerk to update the history of the title.
